Folks can wear whatever they'd like to pilates, we do our classes in socks or bare feet. If folks really want to wear shoes, we ask that they be clean (not worn outdoors). Pilates is hard but literally anybody can do it! It's a method designed to rehabilitate injuries, and we work with clients aged 18 to 95! Description: Studio Moving Just Fine is a mat and reformer pilates studio in Montreal's Sud-Ouest with a mission to chillify the wellness space and make it more inviting and welcoming to every body. The building is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. There is an elevator up to the third floor, but there are steps to get in the building. Folks can wear whatever they'd like to pilates, we do our classes in socks or bare feet. If folks really want to wear shoes, we ask that they be clean (not worn outdoors). Pilates is hard but literally anybody can do it! It's a method designed to rehabilitate injuries, and we work with clients aged 18 to 95!
